The exclusion of diversified women in the anticipated “New Hollywood” cover and photo spread in Vanity Fair’s March edition has come with great controversy as “the editors really limited their scope when it came to choosing the next big stars, or perhaps they overemphasized the "Fair"; every woman on its new cover is extremely thin and very, very white”

Is this an example of diverse exclusion or is Vanity Fair simply showcasing the new up & comers of Hollywood? Please Discuss!
